Why Joy, Truth, Love?

Humans have long struggled with discerning if messages they receive in their hearts are from God.

Neale Donald Walsch suggests that God would respond:

“Discrimination is a simple matter with the application of a basic rule: It is always your Highest Thought, your Clearest Word, your Grandest Feeling.  Anything else is from another source.”

“To identify the Highest, Clearest, and the Grandest,” God continues, “I will give you these guidelines:  The Highest Thought is always that thought which contains joy.  The Clearest Words are those words which contain truth.  The Grandest Feeling is that feeling which you call love.  Joy, truth, love.”

– Conversations with God:  an uncommon dialogue

Most of us believe our religions contain Truth, but we often find them lacking in love.  And often, the religions completely ignore Joy, and even seem to teach that the pursuit of joy is a sinful endeavor.

This blog was created to put resources of Joy, Truth and Love at your fingertips in one central place and let you decide how, when and where you wish to incorporate them into your life.

“Hell is the opposite of joy. It is unfulfillment. It is knowing Who and What You Are, and failing to experience that. It is being less.” – Neale Donald Walsch
